Wallace to lead Lantronix growth acceleration in the Connect, Compute and AI Markets

IRVINE, Calif., April 9, 2025 — Lantronix Inc. (NASDAQ: LTRX), a global leader of compute and connectivity for IoT solutions enabling Edge AI Intelligence, today announces the appointment of Scott Wallace as senior director of its Project Management Office (PMO). With more than two decades of proven leadership and engineering excellence, Wallace brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to the organization, further solidifying Lantronix’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions across its Connect, Compute and AI product lines.

Wallace is a highly accomplished technology veteran with deep roots in the wireless and IoT industries. Prior to joining Lantronix, Wallace spent nearly 17 years at Semtech Corporation (formerly Sierra Wireless) in progressively senior roles, most recently serving as senior director of Engineering. In this capacity, he successfully led cross-functional teams encompassing Software, Firmware, Hardware, RF, Mechanical and Quality disciplines across Canada, India and Taiwan. His leadership was pivotal in launching multiple market-leading products, including the company’s first 5G cellular modem, numerous LTE and LPWA modules and carrier-grade solutions that collectively generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.
