Sano Marsiano is a seasoned operations leader with more than a decade of experience driving global manufacturing, quality, and operational excellence across complex organizations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Global Quality, Regulatory, and Process Engineering at Gatekeeper Systems, where he played a key role on the executive team leading worldwide quality initiatives and driving operational excellence across the organization. Prior to that, Sano held the role of Vice President of Global Quality, further strengthening enterprise-wide quality systems and compliance frameworks. He also contributes industry expertise as a Council Member with GLG, advising organizations on strategy and operations. He also previously spent about eight years at Lantronix with his role as Director of Worldwide Manufacturing & Quality, where he led global manufacturing operations and upheld high standards across supply chain, quality management, and regulatory compliance. His experience spans supply chain optimization, Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership. With a strong track record of driving efficiency, building high-performing teams, and leading global operations, Sano will play a critical role in scaling Lantronix’s operations and supporting our continued growth.
