Trademarks
The following is a non-exhaustive list of Lantronix, Inc.’s trademarks. The absence of a product or service name or logo from this list does not constitute a waiver of Lantronix’ trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo.
Trademarks are adjectives and should not be made into verbs or made plural or possessive. The list below includes a suggested generic noun for each trademark. Any questions concerning the use of these trademarks or any other Lantronix names, marks or logos should be directed to [email protected].
When using the marks in publications that will be distributed only in the United States, Lantronix’ trademarks should be marked with the appropriate symbol (TM or ®) and be accompanied by the attribution statement: “XYZ is a trademark of Lantronix, Inc.” For publications that will be distributed outside the United States, trademark symbols should not be used; instead the trademark should be accompanied by an attribution statement.
