Lantronix Announces Availability of xPrintServer at Fry’s Electronics Mega Stores Nationwide

iPad and iPhone Printing Solution to Be Available at all 34 Retail Stores

Irvine, Calif. – Sept 5, 2012Lantronix, Inc. The Lantronix xPrintServer product family, currently comprised of the Home (Consumer) Edition and the Network (Business) Edition,  is the first Apple iOS print server line compatible with the new iPad, iPad2, iPad, iPhone, iPod touch, and virtually any device running Apple’s iOS mobile operating system.

Roughly the size of an iPhone, the xPrintServer is an easy-to-use hardware solution that utilizes the iOS native print menu and requires no additional applications, software downloads, or printer driver installations. With automatic printer discovery and no configuration, printing is easy and hassle-free.

Simply open the box, plug the xPrintServer anywhere into the home or office network, and print wirelessly from any iOS device running iOS version 4.2 or later, to virtually any USB, legacy or network-connected printer.
