And the winner is …

We have hosted several design contests at Lantronix over the years, and they are always a fun time for us and our customers.  The eclectic mix of prototypes built on our products range from whacky to very practical, and we have a great time going through them.  Then our panel of judges, made up of editors and other industry leaders cast their votes for the prizes.

Today, Lantronix announced a contest around our new XPort Pro with Linux.  Having such a ubiquitous operating system and standard GNU development tools, we foresee a much broader range of applications coming in for this contest.  We hope yours will be one of them.  I forgot to mention, the prizes aren’t bad either – $6000 and $3000 for first and second, $3000 for the best student entry too.

During the next few months, we’ll drop some helpful tidbits that you may be able to use in your design, so keep an eye out for those.  Time to light up the soldering iron and get the compiler going!

Sorry, this Contest has ended and is no longer available.
