The Transition Networks team is delighted that our new mobile app solution for managing Carrier Ethernet services has made the Telecoms.com Awards Shortlist in the ‘Fixed Network Innovation’ category. Winners will be announced on December 4^th at a special awards event in London. Our category was open to fixed network service providers who made a significant, groundbreaking technological achievement. The award is intended to recognize entrants that have pushed the boundaries of fixed network efficiency and functionality. Here’s what we told the judges about the power of our new app: “The new mobile app from Transition Networks for managing carrier Ethernet services allows dynamic programmability of the network through a complete, fully integrated northbound REST API. It gives service providers the ability to allow customers to manage services using an iPad or other mobile device.
