Security Today: And the New Product of the Year Winner is?

We’re thrilled to share that Security Today magazine named our Self-Enclosed, Managed Hardened Gigabit Ethernet PoE++ Switch as one of its 2018 New Products of the Year.

Now in its 10th year, the Security Today New Product of the Year Award program honors the outstanding product development achievements of security equipment manufacturers whose products are considered particularly noteworthy in their ability to improve security.

Transition Networks’ Self-Enclosed, Managed Hardened Gigabit Ethernet PoE++ Switch won in the Network Support Solutions category. Of the many entries received in the independently juried contest, winners were honored in a total of 48 different product award categories. The full list of winners is available here.

The unique wireless capabilities of the Self-Enclosed, Managed Hardened Gigabit Ethernet PoE++ Switch make it easy, quick, and cost effective to install, extend, and manage security and surveillance networks for outdoor locations.

Security Today is distributed to more than 68,000 subscribers monthly as well as at key industry trade events such as Global Security Exchange (GSX), and its website is visited by thousands of security professionals every week.

The trophy will be awarded to Transition Networks next month at the GSX show in Las Vegas, NV, taking place September 23-27 (come see us in booth #3120). Winners will also be featured on securitytoday.com and will be highlighted in the November/December 2018 issue of Security Today magazine.
