Purchase Order Requirements
All Purchase orders (PO’s) are processed based on Lantronix Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
Required Information
All products and services sold by Lantronix require a PO. See below for PO requirements. If any of the following is missing or incorrect, the PO cannot be processed until information is received.

- Bill to
- Ship to (if different than Bill to)
- PO number
- Part number with description
- Quantity
- Price with extended cost
- Complete contact Information (with E-mail address and telephone)
- Payment terms (standard terms are Net 30 days)
- Sales Use Tax / Tax Exempt certificate (tax will be charged without cert.)
- Requested delivery date
- Freight on Board (FOB Origin or FOB Shipping Point)
- Shipping method (1,2,3 day, ground or international)
- Freight terms (Carrier acct #, Prepaid and Add, Freight Forwarder, etc)
- Minimum order requirements apply (contact your sales associate)
** All changes to purchase orders must be submitted in writing via a revised PO or E-mail **

It is standard for Lantronix to provide the following:
- E-mail an Order Acknowledgement once the order has been processed.
- E-Mail an Advanced Shipment Notice once the order is shipped.
- Include a Certificate of Origin for International Orders.
- Notify you if items are on "back order" with an estimated time of delivery.
- Notify you if items have been discontinued.
Cancellation / Rescheduling Orders and Custom Products:
Orders for product may be canceled or rescheduled on thirty (30) days prior written notice to Lantronix. Purchase orders can be canceled or the quantity decreased without factory authorization if Lantronix committed delivery date is greater than the current date plus thirty (30) calendar days. Terms and conditions in other authorized written Lantronix documents or contracts supercede the Lantronix standard terms and conditions. Orders for products that are not listed in Lantronix’s current price book, including but not limited to custom or semi-custom product which have special markings or which have received special testing or which are specifically manufactured for Purchaser, may not be canceled except under the provisions of a prior written agreement between Purchaser and Lantronix which sets forth the cancellation charges to be paid by Purchaser in the event of cancellation. If the above prior written agreement is not in place the charges shall be 100%.
