Reason for Update: Resource Update

Description: Update Firmware from 2.2.9.4 to 2.2.9.7.

Explanation of Update: Fix for “otdr capture” command did not work correctly when there was no fiber present. Refresh the OTDR DMI information after upgrading OTDR SFP firmware without requiring reboot. Provide mechanism for updating thresholds on OTDR SFPs with incorrectly programmed thresholds. Fix for interface transceiver length command for OTDR SFPs. Include upgrade capability to firmware A123 for OTDR SFPs.
