(NASDAQ: LTRX), a specialized networking company providing smart IoT and M2M connectivity solutions, today announced that the Company has changed the date for reporting its financial results for the fiscal 2016 third quarter ended March 31, 2016 from Thursday, April 28, 2016 to Wednesday, April 27, 2016 after the close of the market.

Management will host an investor conference call and audio webcast at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on Wednesday, April 27, 2016.
