| Submission Details: | e4Meter – An Intelligent Power Distribution Unit The design is an “intelligent power distribution unit (PDU)” capable of independently measuring and controlling the power consumed by appliances connected to its outlets. |

| About the Winner: | Mr. Ottinger is a software and hardware engineer, with expertise in microcontrollers and applications / embedded designs leveraging Linux. He personally created the OggStreamer through an investment and association with OTELO (the Open Technology Laboratory) at www.otelo.or.at. |
| Submission Details: | OggStreamer - A unique audio-streaming device based on XPort Pro. The design captures audio signals from a mixing board, encodes the analog audio into a compressed format, and using XPort Pro, transmits the audio-data over the Internet in a format that can be received by any conventional FM radio. |
